Joe has been with us since 1978. His responsibilities include installation coordination and labor procurement along with related administration.
He is without a doubt our most valuable and underpaid employee. A legendary back stabber, he has weaseled and ingratiated himself up the lofty heights of our wonderful institution. Truly an irreplaceable gem, Joe has been married to VSF longer than to his very beautiful and tolerant wife, Kathy.
